Charlotte Edwards Cup: The Blaze, Northern Diamonds and Southern Vipers claim victory
Nat Sciver-Brunt hit a 50-ball 96 as The Blaze maintained their 100% record in the Charlotte Edwards Cup.

The Blaze thrashed Central Sparks by 56 runs after Siever-Brunt hit 15 fours and 2 sixes, while Georgie Boyce hit a quickfire 32 as the hosts posted an impressive 212-5 after losing the toss.
Amy Jones provided the main resistance with 55 off 39 during the Sparks’ reply, but Abigail Freeborn’s late unbeaten 31 was in vain as the visitors were restricted to 156-6 in reply.
Ellis Capsey’s 71 from 48 balls was the foundation of a total of 138–7 at the Oval, although Grace Hall took 3–20 from four overs.
Captain Holly Armitage hit a brilliant 82 off 59 balls to put the Diamonds within eight of their target with nine balls to spare, despite wickets falling around her and Claudie Cooper taking 3 wickets in her four overs. -12 claimed.
